the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be
bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. Definitions
For purposes of this Agreement:
– “Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to
an individual, such as name, phone number, email, or communication records.
– “Communications Data” means SMS content, call metadata, and related information processed to
facilitate communications.
– “Third-Party Services” refers to vendors, contractors, or platforms (such as Twilio) engaged to support
BTI operations.
3. Privacy Policy
3.1 Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of Personal Information:
– Full name, phone number, and email address
– Communication data (e.g., SMS content, call metadata)
– IP address, device type, and browser information
– Interaction logs with our Services
3.2 How We Use Your Information

– Facilitate communications via SMS, phone, or email (including through Twilio)
– Manage logistics, dispatch, scheduling, and notifications

interactions, and call tracking. Information such as phone numbers, message content, and call data
may be processed by Twilio.

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose any personal information—including, but not limited to, phone numbers, device identifiers, or other related data—to any third parties, affiliates, or external entities outside of our organization. 4. Terms and Conditions
4.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age, or otherwise legally authorized in your jurisdiction, to use our
Services.
4.2 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, interfere with their functionality, or attempt
unauthorized access.
4.3 Consent to Communication
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive SMS messages, calls, or emails from
BTI. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly.
4.4 Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, and content are the exclusive property of BTI and may not be used
without permission.
4.5 Disclaimers and Limitations
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” BTI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free
operation. BTI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
4.6 Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Twilio). Use of these features constitutes
agreement to their terms and policies.
5. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised
effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. All disputes shall be resolved
exclusively in the courts of Adams County, Colorado.
7. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and BTI.
